We introduce real cases of the fit evaluation in this tutorial section. These tutorial cases are very similar to what a technical designer does in typical day-to-day work.

You may encounter even the same case as we describe here. There are always at least two ways of fixing the same fit problem. Would you like to see how other technical designers approach and solve it?

We think that sharing the different methods of resolving a fit problem is beneficial.

It’ll be interesting to hear your opinion about the way a particular fit problem is solved in our case studies.

Please feel free to submit your own case that you would like to share and receive opinions on. Your submission has to have clear pictures of the front, the back, and the side views of the garment, with fit notes from your fit session. Please do not send specification sheets, or this will became too long of a process for everyone to review.

We hope this category will help our technical design community to achieve better understanding of different fitting techniques and ways of approaching fit issues.
